note that we cannot arrange a remortgage to consolidate debts for more than 60%
of your share or for the original share price when you purchased, whichever
is greater if you have any
adverse credit history.

14.6% APR. The actual rate available will
depend on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration. The non
adverse product has an APR of 6.9%
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep
up repayments on your mortgage.
We will charge you a fee of £695 for arranging and processing your mortgage
the fee is not payable up-front and only if we obtain a mortgage offer for
you.
