If you are unable to confirm your income because it comes from various sources if you are self employed but do not have accounts we could arrange a self certified mortgage for you. Self cert mortgages are not for inflating your income to reach a certain mortgage value but for genuine circumstances such as a sole trader not required to have audited accounts.
Our Self-cert mortgages are only available to self employed people and can also be arranged if there is a history of adverse or poor credit.

The actual rate available will depend on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration.

We will charge you a fee of £695 for arranging and processing your mortgage the fee is not payable up-front and only if we obtain a mortgage offer for you.
