Self cert mortgage,
self cert remortgage, sub prime mortgage, self certification mortgages We no longer arrange self-cert mortgages If you are unable to confirm your income because it comes from various sources or if you are self employed but do not have accounts we could arrange a self certified mortgage for you. Self cert mortgages are not for falsely inflating your income but for genuine circumstances such as a sole trader not required to have audited accounts. Our Self cert mortgages are only available for self employed people and can also be arranged if there is a history of adverse or poor credit. The actual rate available will depend on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration. We will charge you a fee of £695 for arranging and processing your mortgage the fee is not payable up-front and only if we obtain a mortgage offer for you. We do not give advice or recommend but show you what mortgage you could obtain based on the information you gave us. This gives you the opportunity and control of comparing other quotes before going ahead. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
