- Mortgages to purchase
property for own occupation up to 85% with some very minor adverse or 90% with prime credit. Self cert not
available.
- We no longer arrange self-cert
mortgages or remortgages.
- Mortgages to purchase a property with
some light adverse credit up to 75%
- Remortgages for any purpose with no adverse credit up to 90%
- Remortgages for any purpose with
light adverse credit up to
75%
- Remortgages for any purpose and
mortgages with more
(see rates page for this) adverse credit including minor mortgage arrears up to
70%
- Right to buy mortgages up
to 100% of offer price. Check suitability of property first.
High rise flats may be acceptable. No adverse credit though.
- Shared ownership remortgages
with adverse credit up to 100% of your current share value or 60% for Scottish
properties. Adverse and non
adverse lenders.
- Shared ownership mortgages
for purchases up to
100% of the share purchased from a specialist lender or 90% from a high street
lender.

mortgages we arrange are all subject to individual circumstances
of credit history, employment/self-employment situation, the loan to value
amount and
income.
The actual rate available
will
depend entirely on your circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration.
Think carefully before securing other debts

We will charge you a fee of £695
for arranging and processing your mortgage the fee is not payable up-front and
only if we obtain a mortgage offer for you.
